Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. - If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7-10 business days. - Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges: - We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process mentioned above and place a new order for the desired item.
